• Please Contact us in order to arrange for any Ford or Lincoln return parts requests.
• A copy of the original invoice must be included with all returns.
• Special Order Non-Stock and Electrical items are non-returnable.
• There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all parts accepted for return.
• All Parts accepted for return must be in original saleable condition and in the original container.
• Used or installed parts cannot be returned.
• No Returns on Electrical parts as these are non-returnable items.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return requests need to be authorized within 30 days of invoice.
• Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Costs

Cancellation Policy

• Special Orders and Non-Stock items may not be cancelled once the order is placed with Ford Motor Company.
• Any stocking parts order or any portion of that order may be cancelled up the time before it is shipped and is still in our possession here at South Bay Ford Lincoln.
• If the cancelled Ford or Lincoln part was ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 20% may apply.
